They were simply asked if I will paid my outstanding sales balance tomorrow which they didn't want to answer. I can only presume this due to the fact they intend to steal my sales earnings. I am well aware my shop is suspended for good so why tell the same thing. Also I notice that they completed two sales while my shop was suspended rather than cancel them so they could earn money from my designs. I also notice that you continue to advertise my products when my shop is suspended so they can generate traffic to your site. So based on this rebubble is a scam, it rips off artists and is dishonest, unhelpful and needs to be investigated by trading standards. They also have unclear and deliberately misleading conditions, they introduced charges without stating what they were in advance and refused to answer questions. Also if you try to close a suspend account it states "if you've accrued earnings and your account is suspended, you won't receive a payment in accordance with the Redbubble User Agreement." Which is again a lie based on the response of Carlos at account services. Absolute scammers and criminals!
