I ordered a Christmas gift on Red Bubble. I was notified that it had been shipped on December 9, 2023. It never arrived, and it's been impossible to get information about the status of the shipment or any compensation due to me because the package was lost. There's no valid tracking number, the customer service is non-existent, no one answers the phone - and no one ever replied to the emails I sent asking about my package. What kind of business is this??
