I paid for express delivery on the understanding that this would arrive on my son’s birthday. It did not arrive. According to Redbubble tracking, this product was shipped four days prior to the guaranteed delivery date. It did not arrive. According to FedEx, the label was created but nothing else has happened. I tried to reach customer service, but their service bot could not understand plain English. All attempts to communicate with somebody sent me round in circles. If there was a zero stars, I would have chosen it
