Paid for express shipping for a t-short to arrive on my son’s birthday. The shirt arrived one week after the guaranteed delivery date. There is no option on the “contact us” for anyone to talk to a human being and no option with the autobot to request reimbursement for the express shipping charge. In short, customer support is non-existant
