I ordered a tapestry and got an email the next day that it was shipping, due to arrive 12/12, which is 2 days from now. That was 13 days ago. The tracking number still shows that USPS has not received the item. I have been trying to contact support to see if it's just delayed or if it's lost or whatever, the website says there is 24/7 support. The chat option has said all day that there is no agent available, and when I send an email it immediately spits out an email back telling me to keep waiting for my delivery. This feels like a huge scam at this point.
