This was my 1st time using Redbubble and my last. Shopping for xmas I saw item that I thought would be great that was to be delivered by Xmas. As christmas grew near, I became nervous not having received product.. I sent several emails and Facebook messages only to be flat out lied to that it would arrive by Christmas, Looking thru tracking I noticed they stated item was shipped and yet it wasn't picked up until 3 days later and on a Friday none the less. I'm very upset at Noone giving attention to detail or looking into it rather than lieing to my face. I even stated that in case they never heard of it 2 day priority mail is an option. They clearly knew before item left that it would not arrive on time and chose to do nothing. I haven't received item but I'm more than willing to bet quality will be as poor as they're low shipping standards. I wanted to return products given they didn't meet their end of the bargain and they respond with voucher. A voucher...really? You have shown zero interest in meeting customers needs and hopefully more and more customers will catch onto your scams
