The customer service is outstanding! I heard back promptly about my exchange and the resolve was above and beyond what I was expecting. Ordered a shirt and the style/ size wasn't right for me. Though no fault of their own they issued me a credit to order a new shirt (even shipping cost) right away. The shirt was great quality.
