Firstly, their website has never updated to reflect my items have been delivered. As a consequence, getting Redbubble to acknowledge i wish to return an item is near-on impossible. They may as well have allorders in a perpetual status as "in production" in order to avoid proccessing returns.
Secondly, they will only offer a Redbubble Voucher or a replacement for returns. This goes against the Distance Sellers Act whereby the buyer has a legal right to return an item for a full refund if it doesnt fit or is faulty. Im not sure how they are getting around this - maybe because theyre claiming items are "custom-made" or because theyre not based in the UK????
