I purchased a pink Anastasia XR phone cover for my grand-daughter. It arrived as faded white phone cover. It looks like it had been in the sun for several years. I sent them a letter with a picture of it, 3 TIMES. They answered back that they could not open the picture. I sent the picture 3 different ways. I am sure they received it! WHAT A RIPOFF COMPANY!!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
