I wish I read these reviews and some of the BBB complaints before buying! I ordered something early December, and their site said delivery between Dec 11-13. This was for a Christmas party on Dec. 15. It is now Dec 21. . and nothing. PLUS, while they send a message saying the product had shipped (on 12/11) , when I check on UPS with the tracking number. . . it shows "Order Processed" then: " When the shipment arrives at our facility the delivery date will be updated."
Buyer beware!!!!
