I ordered 5 items on the 2nd of december, with delivery expected on the 12th at latest. On the 19th, 1 item had arrived and the rest was 'lost'.
The resending had an estimated arrival time of 6-9 jan, so I was lacking some of my christmas gifts. Please note that I spend around 25 euros on shipping, and their 'compensation' was a 25% discount on the next order.
Now, I got the new order send, but apparently they send the wrong item.
Long story short. Dont order here if you need any items as gifts.
