Accidentally double ordered because there was no record of my first order except a charge on my bank statement. Since there was no order number, that order could not be tracked or refunded. They cancelled my second order instead and refunded that one, so I originally felt like I just lost the money spent on the first order however, it ended up coming in!! The second order was indeed refunded, which was great because I paid extra for it to come in time before xmas. But to my surprise, they still shipped the item for some reason and now I have a bunch of extra socks! I guess I'll be gifting them to another group next year.
