Ordered an item that was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. The order never arrived. Emailed customer service and they gave me a 25% off voucher and sent out a second order. That order has not arrived yet either and we are three days past the last day of 'expected delivery'. Asked for a refund and customer service told me to wait four more days from today - not from the last day of expected delivery but from the day I made a complaint. Will not be ordering from Redbubble again.
