My products were not shipped in the estimated time frame. They did not bother to inform me there was a "slight" shipping delay.
This was a birthday gift, so you can imagine the embarrassment. Now, I'm told to wait AT LEAST another 6 days. I think it is safe to say I won't be buying from them again.
