Purchased a T-Shirt from the UK with delivery to Manchester (central area). The item was dispatched on March 4 and supposed to arrive on March 9-11. Currently it's March 13 and the item has yet not arrived. All their customer support can do is tell me to wait another week. Can't believe the audacity these people have. Royal Mail 2nd Class deliveries take 2-3 days for mainland... Mine was dispatched 9 days ago and not arrived... Speaks volumes about how much they are about customers.
