Zero stars is not an option. I placed an order, and it was "lost" in transit. There's no option for a refund- only ship a replacement or a site credit. What do you do when you don't want to wait another month for a $25 poster, nor do you want to do business with thus company again? My daughter is disappointed by not receiving her poster, and I'm ticked that I don't have an avenue to get my money back.
