Same problem. Says my order was delivered but I live at the address and nothing has been delivered. To further compound the problem, there is no customer service, no email, no phone number, and if try and submit a question like "Where is my order?" you get a notice that they use captcha device but it cannot find the server. A big pile of BS. Words mean nothing without action to back them.
