I placed my order for two face masks and paid . The money was instantly taken. After the delivery date passed I checked the status of my order to discover that they were still in the production line.
I am still waiting for delivery and have found it impossible to cancel my order and get a refund. I will never deal with Redbubble again and strongly advise that no one risks trading with this firm.
