Booked a car through them. No car was available as rental office was closed when to collect.
Told us to sort ourselves and that they would cover cost for taxi and new car rental difference upon receipts. Been proving almost impossible to get refund after 2 weeks despite all receipts, etc.. . Their young staff read a script to make excuses and do not care whatsoever about customers. Unless you want trouble and extra cost, do not go near them
