Misleading rating. Polish car hire company Panek's rating higher than Sixt, Avis, Herz, but for was the worst car hire experience so far. Dirty car, dents all over the car's body, worn out windscreen wipers, broken USB socket, broken key.
Rentalcars did not see a problem in my experience.
