No refunds if any car isn't available.
Unfortunately, when arriving at the rental location on the day for the car rental, I was then advised that there was no car available and to contact the booking agent rentalcars.com
Their customer service could not find my reference and I was told to email. After emailing I did not receive any confirmation of the email. After making an official enquiry via their enquiry form, there was no updates for over a week. Using their livechat they said I might need to wait for up to 28 days ...this happens to also be the limit of which to make a claim with the bank.
