I booked a rental car at the Saskatoon airport through Rentalcars.com.
When I arrived at the counter I was told there were no cars available .
When I asked them to issue a credit to my credit card I was told I had to contact the head office. They refuse to give me a refund because the pick up time was 10:00am (my flight arrived at 12:30pm).They said I was a no show and refuse to give me my money back!
DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
