We hired a vehicle with premium insurance. We arrived at Easirent, waited over an hour, to find out we were a document short. The staff were unhelpful and irritated that they were working on NY day. After another 45 mins, the irritated staff member told us to leave, he had cancelled the order and I must request a refund. We had to get a 70 pound cab to our destination. Called Easirental to lay a complaint and our money back, they advised that only Rental Cars can give refunds. We called Rental Cars who after back and forth said we must apply after the booking time has lapsed. We did just that and now they advise that we can't have a refund because they "didn't know we weren't going to collect the car."
We arrived to collect the car!
We were denied a car!
We called to inform them and waited to file a refund as instructed!
Absolutely terrible company!!
