This company is like working with an automated phone system that puts you on hold. They have no customer service. I explained my son is extremely sick in the hospital and had to shorten my time with the car and even tho they received full payment they would not give me a refund.
This company is hard to get a hold of and no flexibility. Rent DIRECTLY from the rental car business as they will work with you. Do NOT use 3rd party. Trust me. I post this to help others.
