I booked a car and cancelled within 12 hours and was told i was not entitled to ay refund because i needed to cancel before 48hrs, this math does not add up, how can this cancellation policy apply in this situation. Customer service could care less. I was unable to fly through no fault of my own and awaiting new air tickets. My entire plans have changed and they are unwilling to assist. Worst customer service ever and down right thieves!!!!
