I made a mistake with my booking and called within 10 minutes. Told them I don’t have a credit card and that I needed a car from another location. The agent asked me to cancel and make a new booking asI had opted for full insurance.She promised a full refund process was initiated. I made the new booking only to realise that we couldn’t get the car with a debit card. Booking 1:£153 Booking 2:£165. No car. No refund and agents now say I cannot get a refund and their agents refuse to check call records.
