Disgrace.
They cancelled my booking. And then sent me another advise to book another car. Apparently the other car was for a different time.
On top they don’t state am or pm, so they make it even more misleading.
By the way the cheap prices they give you are not real. What they do is confirm to you, charge your card, and then wait for a cancellation in order to be able to book. Legally they need to confirm within 24hr. So essentially you need to wait for 24hr for someone to cancel.
