Had a car booked and paid for at the airport. Provided all the documentation required and had the booking cancelled at the counter because I didn't have the start date on my licence. All Australian licences don't have start dates. No refunded was provided so paid for a car I didn't receive. The customer service process is horrible as they won't protect the customer. Better off booking direct with the rental car company or a more reputable website. Had the worst experience ever.
Nothing like coming off an international flight with family to find your rental car cancelled with no refund. All this in the midst of the worst earthquakes in turkey.
