They left us stranded in Corsica. Hertz only had electric cars even though we has ordered a petrol. They forgot to give us charging cables. Phoned Rentalcars and said can you please help us. Their reply was no. Tried to raise a complaint but they've basically said you accepted the car your problem.
Disgusting.
