I wouldn't even give them 1 star.
They didn't inform me that to leave a deposit my credit card has to have engraved numbers (yes, you read that right), so I was forced to pay extra insurance. It was their responsibility to give me that information and they replied with: well, you paid for it so it's not our business. What was I supposed to do with a crying 1.5 year old? Hire 3x more expensive car and hope they'll refund me? Absolutely shocking.
