Terrible Experience with Refund Processing
I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Rentalcars.com. Despite the cancellation of cars upon pick-up by sixt.com for no reason, my refund has not been processed, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied. The lack of timely resolution has significantly impacted my perception of their service. I have even contacted sixt team regarding my refund, but they emailed me that I booked through third party company so my refund will be process by rentalcars team. My reference number is 736721983 and reservation date is 14th October. It's been 56 days I'm waiting for my refunds from them. I have emailed all the relevant documents regarding my terrible incident and contacted customer service more than 20 times for this booking. Still not yet received my refund money
