Booked a car online and when I arrived at the pickup desk was told if I wanted GPS then I had to upgrade to which Rentalcars would fully reinburse me. They wont answer any of my emails and contact with them is futile.
Never again will I use Rentalcars nor recommend them infact the only recommendation I can give is that they change their name to Ripoffcars
