I rented a car in september 2024, they did not manage to find a suitable car to match my request so I refused the rental.
I have called over 20 times and is January 2025. Still haven't received any refund. As a side note, The refund amount it's 30% of the sum paid initially for the rental. STAY AWAY !!!!
Also, the price of the insurance is even more then the price of the rental... again, STAY AWAY.
