I don’t know how rentalcars.com is still in business. I rented a car in Menorca through sixth rental car along with an insurance. At the counter, the front desk worker told me the rental was not valid, and the rates were wrong. He wanted me to rent the same car for double the price. Also, he told me the insurance was not valid because it was from a third party. I declined the offer to pay double, which went from about 500$ to 1200$. Luckily, I was resourceful, not in a hurry, no kids, so I took the bus and rented later a car from another company. The company makes no sense at all. Do not rent from them.
