Furious with this company
Furious with this company. Arrived in Malaga this morning, with my voucher from Rentalcars.com that states quite clearly credit and debit cards accepted. The hire company said, 'no debit cards allowed for deposit'. I called Rentalcars.com who agreed that they gave me the wrong information and could only apologise. To get the car I had to take the hire companies insurance (despite already having insurance with a uk broker) wich cost me an additional 206 Euro. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!
