ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED
I had a problem with a receipt and customer services CHAT was not able to send it to me, so 3 people PRETENDED to have sent that receipt to me via email and ending the chat before I could tell them I had not received that email.
SOOO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!
This unbelievable and unacceptable. I will NEVER use this company again in my life.
Also, the Italian company they work with could not provide the car that I was meant to peak up, so instead of a SMART 4x4, they gave me a JEEP RENEGADE.
