You would get a better price not making a reservation and walking up direct to the rental company!
Rental companies don’t have to honour the reservation from Rentalcars and as we found out the rental company used every excuse not to honour it - forcing us to pay over £120 more.
At the time I was unable to get through to Rentalcars, and their complaints procedure is heavily flawed.
They take no responsibility for the bookings they make and who they are with.
I will NEVER be using them again.
As part of the booking.com group I expected better!
