AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!
My partner booked a hire car through rentalcars.com. When she couldn’t collect, we tried to change the name on the booking, but we were told we couldn’t but if we cancelled and rebooked we would get a refund on the original booking. 4 months later we have now been told it is not being refunded.
The second booking we made under my name we booked an air conditionEd car as it was 32*C and they supplied one with broken air conditioning, again told us in no uncertain words, where to go!!
Do not use them!!!!
