I tried to exchange 2
T-shirts at the White rose centre today that were Christmas presents, to be told they would do noting to help me as it's past 14 days since they were purchased in December.
I didn't want refunds, only an exchange.
I've been online to read their Christmas returns policy which says I have until 14th of January.
However the manager refused to help.
TERRIBLE custom service!
