River island offer lovely products. Free postage to the store make it easy to order and return goods and they arrive in a timely fashion. recently I ordered a sale item and was unwell so didn't. I phoned to ask that they keep it for a while longer, he said they were about to return it to the warehouse but would keep it until the following week. Great products, Friendly staff, Good website.
