I placed an order on Wednesday that was due for collection on Sunday as soon as the shop opened. I heard nothing on Sunday, so I went in to the shop on Monday but it still hadn’t arrived. I had an email on the Monday at 12.37 stating “IT’S ARRIVED”. Talking to other people, this is the norm for River Island. Why is that, when other similar shops can ensure delivery within 24 hours at NO extra cost? Nobody in the shop apologised for the late delivery - I guess they’re used to it!
