Just left river Island Bromley, I was in the queue for 10mins wondering why checkout was talking so long. I look to observe what was happening. I only saw a blonde manager giving away discounts to her family in front of paying customers like we are sheep. To top it up We saw money exchanged discretely but the money didn't go in the till as well. DOES RIVER ISLAND KNOW THIS HAPPENS.
