River Island use to be one of my favorite international shopping stores until recently.
I received merchandise that was damaged. I was told by more than one representative that I would be refunded for shipping costs when I return it. Now, the company is stating that will not refund me for shipping costs. I received damaged merchandise and they think I should pay for it.
They are out of their mind.
