Returned a few items in March. Now it’s nearly July and still haven’t received a refund.
It takes ages to contact them (online customer service, but not live, and they don’t give out emails for complaints department whatsoever) and they keep sending the same formal messages, like “the refund is successful on our end” or “please wait 24-48 hours” and nothing ever happens. It’s an absolute joke, letting alone the poor quality of their clothes. Been begging for an 80 euros refund for over 3 months and getting the same dumb answers. Would never buy again. NEVER
