my last order arrived with three things that were completely unusable. One of them was so so badly it is unbearable. The next two were jewelry and were both broken when they arrived. I cannot return one of these items according to their policy of no jewelry or undergarment returns. So I basically threw money away, and the items are going in the garbage. I will never shop at Shein again.
