My experience changed completely once I began working with Paradigm Recovery Firm. I had reached a point of total frustration after receiving little to no support elsewhere. Their team took the time to listen, asked the right questions, and acted with clarity and purpose. I have been unable to reach Shein through telephone or live chat. Their telephone system takes me through automated options, places me on hold, and then disconnects the call. The live chat feature does not connect to a live agent and only provides automated responses that do not address my issue.

They supposedly “delivered” my package to unmanned P.O. Box. Never received it. Went back and forth 10 times with customer service and they just kept copying and pasting the same lying nonsense that they contacted the post office and item was delivered and signed for. Which is impossible because it is an unmanned neighborhood bank of mailboxes. There’s no one there because no one lives there. When I asked repeatedly “who” signed for it, they refused to tell me or show me the digital signature. Because it wasn’t true. No one signed for it. It was misdelivered, I never hit my item and I was charged for it anyway.

My parcel was delivered at wrong address that too by the bin somewhere when I asked them for delivery they are asking me to prove it wasn't my place so clicked the pic of my house and it wasn't same and wierd thing is they are asking me to check neighbours fence and to see if they took I mean it's crazy how can I proof where did they deliver and when I haven't given any consent to drop at my neighbour how am I supposed to go and check and by the way the proof shown on photo is not even my neighbours place.My package was spilt in two and I received one from the shop I choose to collect but second package which was carrying 12 items out of 14 is delivered at wrong place don't know where and now I am struggling to get my money back they said they can't refund as it is delivered. I am doing online shopping from shein since last five years but this is the first and worst experience I have had so far.

I did not receive the item, SHEIN customer service, lie to me. They said, I already signed to receive the item, but I did not sign anything to receive package. They refused to refund. I think, that is cheating form SHEIN (they make up the signature story to refuse the refund) So, please be careful buying anything from SHEIN

I use to shop with SHEIN frequently. I never had any problem with returns. Looks like something happened or management changed suddenly there return rejection reasons are beaconing unreasonable. Recently I spend $277 on the site for two dresses. Returned within 7 days from receiving as dress quality and fit was not right so returned it. They refused to refund as there quality control department rejected. Multiple attempts to customer service didn’t resolve anything. Please be very careful before ordering anything quality is questionable and return has become impossible. If they keep this kind of return policy I’m sure people will stop buying from them.

Je tiens à signaler des pratiques totalement inacceptables de la part de Shein. J’ai retourné mes articles dans les règles, avec toutes les preuves nécessaires, et cela fait maintenant plus de six mois que mon remboursement est bloqué sans aucune justification valable. Le service client se contente de réponses automatiques, sans aucune action concrète, sans suivi, sans responsabilité. Ce n’est pas un incident isolé : depuis plusieurs années, il manque régulièrement une partie de mes remboursements. À chaque fois, je dois relancer, prouver, insister, et Shein ne corrige jamais ses erreurs. Ce comportement répété donne l’impression d’une méthode systématique pour retarder ou éviter les remboursements, au détriment du client. Aucune transparence. Aucun respect. Aucun sérieux. Je considère ces pratiques comme trompeuses et profondément irrespectueuses envers les consommateurs. Je déconseille fortement cette plateforme à toute personne qui souhaite un service fiable, honnête et professionnel.

I sent the verification requested on the website twice and they came back with the same message. "Additional verification is required" I used the template for the verification from the website itself and still received the same message. I cancelled my order two days after placing it because they would not accept the verification that I sent.

SHEIN UK is currently in flagrant breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I placed an order that was never delivered, yet they are actively ignoring my refund requests. Under UK law (Section 29 of the CRA 2015), the risk remains with the retailer until the goods are in the customer's physical possession. SHEIN’s attempt to dodge this responsibility by ignoring communications or hiding behind useless bots is not just poor service—it is illegal.

I EXPERIENCE THIS LAST YEAR, 3 OF THE ITEMS I BOUGHT WERE NOT AS THEY DISPLAYED THEM ON THE SITE, SOME HAVE DECEPTIVE MEASUREMENT, AND IMMEDIATELY IT WAS DELIVERED, I WANTED TO RETURN, NOT EVEN UP TO 1 WEEK, SHEIN REFUSED TO ALLOW RETURN, EVEN THOUGH THEY FLAUNT THAT THEY ACCEPT RETURNS ON THEIR WEBSITE, IT'S ALL LIES, BUYERS SHOULD JUST BE WEARY OF WHAT THEY BUY ON SHEIN. ITS SO SCARY. THE PURCHASE I JUST MADE JUST LAST WEEK, AND IT ARRIVED OVER THE WEEKEND, YESTERDAY ONE OF THEM WAS NOT AS PRESCRIBED, THEY LIED ABOUT THE MATERIA ON THE WEBSITE, OUT OF 17 ITEMS, SHEIN REFUSED ME TO RETURN THE ONE THAT WAS DELIVERED WRONGLY. SHEIN is a commercial scam. The product they sold me was fake and didn’t work. I returned it properly and expected a refund, but they kept delaying by saying it was under review. When the time passed, they denied my refund completely. This is misleading and unethical. I do not recommend buying from this company.

I ordered a dress from shein recently, and had to return it due to it not being the correct size. After i returned it shein only refunded me a small portion of the original price, stating that the dress was damaged during shipping. However, the pictures they sent showed very little damage and the dress was worth alot more than what they refunded me. Even after days of trying to either get the dress sent back to me or getting a bigger refund shein refused to do so. I am extremely unsatisfied with the way this was all handled.Very bad customer service because of the repetive way they handled things, not even trying to reach a reasonable solution.

I am extremely disappointed with how SHEIN has handled my recent order dispute. My parcel was left unattended in a communal area, nowhere near my flat door, and no signature was obtained — yet SHEIN continues to insist it was “delivered.” Their own Proof of Delivery photo confirms the opposite. Despite repeatedly explaining the situation and requesting the only piece of evidence that matters — a valid signature — I received nothing but copy‑and‑paste responses that ignored the facts entirely. Instead of investigating their courier’s mistake, SHEIN repeatedly attempted to shift responsibility onto me, even suggesting that I should contact their logistics provider for evidence. This is not how a reputable retailer behaves. What makes this even worse is the tone and pattern of their replies. Rather than acknowledging their mistake, they continued sending generic messages that gave the clear impression that nobody was actually reading my correspondence. This level of customer service feels careless, dismissive, and frankly unprofessional for a global brand. In a competitive market, customer trust matters — and SHEIN is rapidly eroding it. If they continue treating customers this way, people will simply go elsewhere. Companies that avoid accountability eventually pay the price. My experience has been stressful, time‑consuming, and completely avoidable. A simple admission of error and a fair resolution would have solved this weeks ago. Instead, SHEIN chose the opposite approach. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before purchasing. Based on my experience, SHEIN urgently needs to overhaul both their delivery accountability and their customer service training.
