“The clothes purchased are fine but brought a number of mini brick build kits, have found the cat and dog kits have been removed from pagaging and sent in bags. They are all missing a vital part, a sound box cube and button which has made it very difficult to finish the first one. Checked the other kits and they are all missing the same part. Another kit contained over 60 broken bricks and could not be finished. Have tried raising these issues with Shein and raising a complaint. It's like talking to a computer, questions raised are not answered a stock response is sent which doesn't answer anything. Due to continued poor brick kits sent, an incorrect item I am still awaiting a refund from after returning it. I do not wish to purchase from site anymore. You also get numerous messages per day that are unwarranted and annoying. I received a partial refund on some of the kits but not all, Shein do not wish to address their lack of quality control”

“I’ve been on the 10 free gift all day. It says I have one more gift to pack in truck. It said 1 more request and keep saying one more request. I’ve given over 50 and it keep saying 1 more request. Have not awarded my gifts yet. Why?”

“Avoid if you can. My experience with Shein's delivery and customer service has honestly been exhausting. I've had multiple orders marked "delivered" that I never actually received. When I raised this, I didn't get a proper investigation, I got contradictions. One message told me the parcel was left with a neighbour, with no way of identifying who that even was. I never authorised any parcel to be left with a neighbour or in my yard, and none was ever found there. Another message said the courier needed to "retrieve" a parcel, which by definition means it was never properly delivered to me in the first place. For several orders, there was no delivery photo at all. I asked, repeatedly, for basic proof: the name of whoever supposedly signed for these parcels, GPS coordinates, a clear photo showing my actual property. None of it was ever provided. Instead I got the same templated response over and over, "our investigation shows it was delivered", as if repeating it enough times would make it true. I submitted evidence, including a courier's own written confirmation that parcels were delivered to the wrong address, at least five separate times. I have never received a genuine, individual reply addressing what I actually sent. Every single response, even here on Trustpilot, has been the same recycled message, telling me my case is "under review" or being "processed," with no actual outcome ever given. I have since raised a formal case through Resolver, sent a Letter Before Action by both email and post, filed a dispute with my bank, and reported this to Trading Standards, simply to try to get back money for items I paid for and never received. This isn't a one off mistake. It's a pattern, and every time the responsibility was quietly pushed back onto me, despite the fact that I am the paying customer, not the one responsible for proving Shein's own delivery process failed. No customer should have to go this far just to be taken seriously. Be genuinely cautious before relying on this company for anything you can't afford to lose. “Worst company ever! Zero business ethic - I bought 2 wedding dresses to choose from with matching veils. One came and was not true to size. The 2nd was my size but the attached skirt/train, was unbuttoned to detach it in order to unzip it. The button holes were hard to find to re-attach once zipped up. Therefore, it was returned to Shein since it was not wearable or I couldn’t figure it out. Shein refused to give my full refund. This was after waiting for items for so long. Only about half of what I paid was refunded, claiming a restocking fees. SHEIN SCAMS! I wish I had listened to the reviews online: I emailed them but no response till date. Don’t buy from them!”

“I ordered 2 gazebos and 8x8 foot and an 8x5 foot. They sent me 1 box weight of 40 lbs that said box 2 of 2. I contacted customer service and they said they couldn't help because everything was in the one box. Spent over $600 and got nothing. Run away from this company, they dont even have a contact number.”

“Sent completely the wrong thing. Wanted me to pay to ship it back. Their mis take not mine. They would neither refund me or simply ship the correct. Had to register them with my bank for a fraudulent transaction”

“Shein's delivery service Speedex is trash. The deliveries are placed in unsecured locations and they get stolen. I tried updating my delivery instructions with them and they haven't updated it. Several packages have been stolen and all they do is show me a picture of the delivery placed at my front door steps before the package was stolen. So, what does the pic prove, exactly? It proves that your delivery service is incompetent and has no regard for where they drop the package that I paid money for. If I could give ZERO to the delivery service called Speedex, I would. This delivery experience really has me deciding about buying from Shein.”

“Returned several swimming costumes to shein, and because hygiene strip had become folded in packaging on all of them, as they are cheap and dont stick well, they took photos and claimed damaged/used, and you hit a brick wall when challenging, they just repeat themselves over and over and again and ask for your photo evidence. Which as returning undamaged/un used goods why would I have taken photos,”

“I recently received my order from sheen. Honestly I didn’t even recognize the apparel. It wasn’t made from linen as claimed. There was no embroidery and the styling was completely different. Two tops hung to my knees. The necklines were enormous hanging off my shoulders. There were no cuffs at wrists and sleeves were not at correct lengths. Nothing like pictures or advertisement. It came from China, not American made as advertised. I was refused a return label or refund. They claim supporting breast cancer or elderly artisans which I believe to be fraudulent as well. DO NOT IRDER FROM THESE THIEVES!!!”

“It was a horrible experience with SHEIN! I purchased a trimmer there, online description clearly written with handle. However my order shipped to me WITHOUT handle! without handle means the trimmer-head I received is just a piece of junk! I went to chat with 2 SHEIN online agents (reason of 2 agents was because the 1st left without me finishing asking questions) I was told to return the item. I replied that I need to use trimmer, why should I bother to buy it just for returning it? The 1st agent just left the chatting box! Then I managed to have the 2nd agent chat with me. I was told I can only return it because the wording in the product description was misleading, making customer expecting to buy the trimmer with handle.... Then I ask why sell the one product by splitting into 2 parts, even so, why its description says "with handle"? Then I thought if SHEIN just wants to make more money by splitting-selling it, I got no choice but just am have to buy the other half... However, I was told there is no handle to sell by SHEIN!!!! What a terrible online-sell company that SHEIN is! How bad the service is by just chatting with online agents...”

“Quite disappointed with 1 part of my parcel delivered yesterday the Crochet cardigan is very nice part 2 pack of 4 tops long sleeved ladies are “ribbed” style which I hate it’s too complicated to return or exchange they should be loose fitting style which I have had delivered in the past which are really lovely fit so after reading such a lot of complaints I very much doubt I will use SHEIN again”
