I have returned a parcel to Shein back in August delivered by EVERI, I have notification from EVERI that it has been returned but I have not had a refund as Shein are saying it hasn't been returned and they either can not find the order at all or that it has been returned? Why is it impossible to contact Shein, what are you hiding from your customers? I see many complaints about non delivery of items, which you say have been delivered. You send a delivery confirmation but no contact number on the message in case of a dispute. Now I am writing on this message board which appears to only go to other customers to respond! Good luck! They have terrible customer service you can usually get through with a service ticket and they get back to you quickly but they don't answer your question you go around and around with them and don't get an answer. Live Chat is available but every time you find it it is busy and they say try back later. But it's always busy. They tell you to email but they will not give you an email address. This company is the worst. I would not even start getting tangled up with them if I was you.

My daughter ordered clothes which for some or other reason was separated into 2 packages. We were then informed that we needed to pay an additional R70 to Buffalo who was the courier company for one of the parcels. On enquiring where the second parcel is, we are informed that it is with Aramex in JHB and that an additional almost R600 needs to be paid before it is delivered. I'm a skeptical mom. Warned her initially. Now I'm just wanting to understand my ignorance regarding all the additional money to get her clothes. How do I even know that it is legit? Please help

My parcel arrived damaged with apologies from the Royal Mail. I ordered a black cardigan from yourselves this was missing and all the parcel contained was a pair of pretty mittens. She does not have a phone number where you can get a hold of them. Nor do they appear to have a email address that they will give out and their Live Chat is always too busy come back later. You can get a hold of customer service and they will respond to you quickly but more than likely won't answer your question. You will go around and around with them back and forth on paper you give them information they ask for it again or more. Nothing ever gets resolved. Good luck. Worst company ever.

it honestly depends. it's more likely that they'll come at different times, but some of them may arrive on the same day. certainly not all of them though, depending on how many items you got. shein is a website just like amazon or wish, think of it that way.

In the US there's no customer care number you cannot talk to a human, it's impossible. And you might get a bot if you go to Facebook or Instagram but they won't understand what you're asking and you will get nowhere same thing with customer service you will get nowhere. And live chat is available but always too busy, check back later they say but it's never available. Good luck with getting a hold of anyone or getting anything resolved. Worst customer service ever!

I cannot say! I found this company via Facebook ! Beautiful items , but reviews with 2.03 from 393 is a NO NO for SAM !!! Such a shame when people post such pretty items and could make thousands of $$$$$$ but settle for less than dollar amt days !!! There true loss!!! I will not give my thousands I spend on clothes I need for work in court 5 days a week !!! I do not worry one second putting scammers in the prison slammer for 30+ years !!! Scammers are really stupid when taking pocket change when they could have true honest sales of millions!! That is why they scam!!! Poor old stupid whatever's!!!

Hello Niko, I hope all is well! :) A Shein order will sometimes arrive in split parcels. Even though Shein's main headquarters is in China, they actually have warehouses in other countries as well! So, sometimes part of your order may ship from China, while the other half may be shipped from one of their more local warehouses. I have ordered from us.shein.com several times before with my own hard-earned money, and have received everything I have ever ordered. I am not sponsored or affiliated with Shein.

I broke out in hives all over my body after trying on all the clothes!!! I read all the bad reviews and wish I had prior to ordering $180.00 worth of clothing. I read about chemicals that are used on clothing to prevent wrinkling and bugs. I hope after washing them I don't have an allergic reaction again otherwise it appears I"ll be stuck with $180.00 worth of clothing that I can't wear. Too bad they looked really cute on!

Is the SHEIN Mobile app and SHEIN on the website different? I downloaded SHEIN app in my phone and made a purchase there. But when i opened the website and checked my order there is no history of my order/payment there. I was skeptical as well! However, I have ordered over $150 worth of clothes and have received every single bit of clothing I ordered. I think those are only rumors about the site being fake because I haven't gotten scammed at all! If anything though look at the material of the clothes you order. Some will feel kind of cheap if not careful.
