“It takes a long time to get your products and they don't all ship in the same order. Also trying to chat live takes a long time to get a responce.”

“Returned a bathing suit because I could see it was too big. Contracted customer service 2x. Finally they say they can't refund my money because the item was damaged,smelled etc I returned the item immediately explained it was never worn by me. So in the end they have my money and the item and I have nothing .”

“Ordered 6 items , only one pair of loose fitting trousers suitable to wear . The rest either too big or too small . Tried to navigate their site to return items . Not easy plus they want photos included . Total nightmare . Still haven’t managed to get it sorted”

“my last order arrived with three things that were completely unusable. One of them was so so badly it is unbearable. The next two were jewelry and were both broken when they arrived. I cannot return one of these items according to their policy of no jewelry or undergarment returns. So I basically threw money away, and the items are going in the garbage. I will never shop at Shein again.”

“This is the worst experience I ever had !! I order multiple things because a friend said that they purchased some stuff from The Company and I never received my package!! I tried to contact them and they ignored me and is still trying to bill me for a package I didn’t receive!! I never signed for nothing . I will never recommend anyone to shop with them . There is no customer service to help you and they deleted the order o never received. I will be contacting better business bureau because they keep trying to take my money !!”

“Wish I never traded here, they locked me out of my account and wouldn't let me withdraw the $200k I invested. It was really hard, I couldn't maintain my mortgage and had to sell my house. But with help from a Professional, I was able to get back my money. “I'm annoyed with shein becauseI'm trying to send alot of the clothes back that I bought from them because of how they look on me and cheeply made material. I am trying to send it back via forever 21 but it does not allow me to see all my items or it's hard to edit to send via forever 21. I just need help and there's no one to talk to. “My daughter loves the site, so I bought her a $200 gift card for Christmas. Little did I know that half of the items on the site are from third-party sellers and now my daughter can't buy what she wants because the gift card can't be used on those purchases. If you buy a Shein gift card, you should be able to use it on anything on the site. I should have given her a Visa instead. It feels like kind of a scam.”

“I have tried numerous times to contact Shein regarding an order i place in November, the incorrect item was delivered, and im trying to find out where my correct items are, Shein have replied to 1 enquiry through twitter, but its been 2 days and they havent got back to me, wont be using them again if i dont receive what i ordered. Customer Services are rubbish you cant contact them properly.”

“Please be careful when purchasing items from Shein because if you have to return anything you will most likely have to pay and there is no guarantee that you will ever get your money back. I have returned a package almost a month ago and unfortunately I have still not received my money back nor am I able to get in touch with customer service.”

“I like to shopping from shein but I don't like product delivery by speedx and onTrac. For speedx I try to contact them by call, website, email but I didn't get any respond. For onTrac it show my product was delivery but I never get it. And I check to the camera record at my apartment mailroom at the time they showed product was delivery but no one send the packgage to me. Please change shipment company if you don't want to lost your customer.”

“Shein the prices have almost doubled, and the shipping that is coming out of Compton California! Delivery center has been a nightmare, the item sits in the facility for 4 or 5 days before sent out for delivery! Shipping used to take maybe 5 days total coming out of Anaheim facility! Disappointed in the down hill of SHEIN.”
