I am still having issues with my refund for the hair I purchased. Shein has had me to send pictures of the hair 4 times and nothing has changed. Futhermore, they do not even acknowledge you by name which is even more insulting. You are just "customer" to them but they want to announce their titles when emailing you back. All this week, they claimed to have checked packages before they ship them out which is lie. Then they have asked me to provide pictures several times, which I have but nothing changes. They are full of false apologies and I have yet to see the money return to my card. They give out the same scripted responses saying they are sorry for the trouble and they do not want you to have a bad impression of them. Too Late!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then they had the audacity to offer me 30% of a refund, when I paid full price. Why would I want a quarter of my money back when I paid in full? I have also tried to find the CEO to tell him what is going on with his non-existent customer service but his email address is nowhere to be found.
