Item was delivered to wrong address. Photo taken by delivery company (Yodel) as “proof” of delivery was not my front door. My door is no. 32A, package was delivered to no. 33 (actually, not immediately next door but a few doors away).
Yodel also claimed that the parcel was signed for, yet they left it hanging out of the letter box from where it was no doubt very quickly stolen. Yodel have yet to provide me with a copy of the signature, probably because they never got one.
Neither SHEIN nor Yodel have accepted responsibility for their mistake insisting the parcel was “signed for and successfully delivered”. Despite sending photos of my front door and photos of the wrong door taken by Yodel, they both maintain the parcel was successfully delivered. I have been buying from SHEIN for years, but I will not be buying from them again. It’s just too risky and I am annoyed at their indifference to me as a longtime customer.
I definitely do not recommend!
